A-Score Music Composer is a free music notation app developed by Philip Blandford for Android devices. This app is the most fully featured music notation app for Android, providing many of the features of Sibelius, Finale, or Musescore in the palm of your hand.
A-Score Music Composer has a wide range of features, including the ability to work on individual parts, see the entire score on a scrolling page, and import soundfonts. The app also allows you to export to PDF or direct to a printer, use multiple staves and instruments, and enter notes via a software piano keyboard. Additionally, the app has a flexible, dynamic layout that ensures symbols make space for each other, and allows you to zoom and scroll, and select and paste bars, parts, or entire ranges. Other features include undo/redo, lyrics, ornaments and articulations, and the ability to change clef, time, and key signature at the start or in the middle of the score. You can also import from MusicXML, save your work, and export to PDF, MIDI, or MusicXML.
